Custom Staple Set Brushes

Staple-Set Brushes are one of the most common types of brush construction because they can be manufactured in almost an infinite variety of shapes. Staple-set brushes are made by inserting a tuft of filament into a hole that is either drilled or molded into a block and secured with a metal staple.

Carolina Brush uses computer-automated machinery to assure consistency and quality for high-volume brush production, and can use a combination of techniques to produce small-run, special application and prototype brushes. Tufted staple-set brushes are typically wood or plastic.
