Block Brushes

Block Brushes are the most common style of staple-set brushes, and are available in the widest range of sizes and shapes. The tufts can be placed in either a STRAIGHT pattern (in rows parallel to the edge of the block) or a STAGGERED pattern (alternate offset rows). The block can be made of wood, plastic, leather, aluminum or just about any other material. The final configuration can be that of a strip, or flat block of almost any shape or size. Filaments and densities of the tufts can vary with application. The block can also be drilled or machined to accommodate fixture holes.

BrushesDesign a Brush

Designing a brush can be as simple as replacing and improving on an existing brush, or it can require the consideration of a large number of variables that need to be investigated before the best brush for a job is recommended.
