Twisted-In-Wire Brushes are made to order in a full range of sizes from miniature to several inches in diameter. They can be manufactured with grip handles, wire-loop handles or threaded pipe nipples (screw-on), depending on your application.

Twisted-In-Wire Brushes are also known as Bottle Brushes, Tube Brushes, or Spiral Brushes. They are named these things for the way they look and the things they clean. Twisted-In-Wire Brushes are made by taking a length of wire doubled over, placing bristle material in between the top and bottom of the doubled over wire, and twisting it up like a rubber band. The base wire, or the piece of wire that is twisted, is made of Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, or Brass. All brushes for medical use are made with Stainless Steel. The bristle material can be natural, synthetic or metal. The type used will depend on your application.
